Wellness To The People

We teach the foundations of mindfulness. Using the breath, we acknowledge and accept feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. We welcome all of our experiences – even the presence of challenging emotions. We practice being present with radical acceptance and kindness towards ourselves.

Offerings

Offering guided meditation and compassionate listening as a way to amplify healing, build mental resilience, and increase inner peace.

Calm Facilitator

We guide participants in meditation and other mind-body practices by establishing a supportive and therapeutic environment. Groups are aimed at reducing stress and improving resiliency in daily life.

Great for organizations, non-profits, and medical and wellness centers. We offer both private and group compassionate listening sessions.

Compassionate Listening

When we listen without the need to fix other people’s problems but rather to hear, without judgment, we give people the space to release their suffering and work through internal blocks. In this way, listening is powerful.

Great for organizations, non-profits, and medical and wellness centers. We offer both private and group compassionate listening sessions.

What clients say:

“During your time with our residents here at the YWCA, they have shared some fond moments while participating in these sessions. Some have shared moments when they were feeling anxious and overwhelmed previous to attending a session, and after the session, they have felt relaxed and free. Some have also shared they have felt so comfortable that they utilize the time as a therapeutic session, allowing them to express themselves in regards to how they were feeling as they enter your class. For others, they have shared they were so relaxed that all they wanted to do was go home and sleep. For all, it is safe to say these sessions have provided a safe and warm environment for them to let loose and enjoy a moment with themselves.” (Tisha James, YWCA)
